- Market assessment: A health insurer was considering a new insurance product and wanted to explore the potential. HCG evaluated the market and developed a strategic assessment of the opportunity.
- Positioning: A product group of a major financial services company was evaluating its value proposition and needed a consultant who could not only develop the options to consider but could project manage the work through several rounds of research. They called HCG to step into this role with the experience necessary to address the strategic questions.
- Acquisition Due Diligence: A food company was considering an acquisition of a business outside their day-to-day operations and lacked available staff to evaluate the opportunity. They called HCG to assess and model the potential as well as to provide a go/no go recommendation.
